- Activate the yeast: Using warm water, the temperature you would have in the shower, add the yeast, mix and set aside for about 10 minutes or until bubbles are formed.
- Knead: In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, oil, and the yeast mixture. Knead by hand or with a mixer.
- Rise: Place the dough into a greased mixing bowl, cover and set aside to rise for about an hour or until the dough doubled in size.
- Knead and Shape: Punch the dough to release air bubbles and knead for about 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 2. Roll the dough out into a 12-inch circle. Cover and rest for another 30 minutes while prepping the pizza toppings.
- Sprinkle Toppings: Top pizza with the cooked pizza sauce, add chicken, pineapple chunks, and Daiya Mozzarella cheese shreds. You may add your favorite toppings of your choice.
