Vegetable Fried Rice

How to make fried rice with leftover rice

Ingredients
Method
- Heat a pan over low heat. Add oil.
- Saute garlic, then onion.
- Add the vegetables.
- Adjust heat to medium. When the vegetables are almost cook or became soften, then add the leftover rice.
- Continue to cook and mix the vegetables and the rice.
- Add vinegar and cook for about another minute.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a serving plate.
- Share and enjoy!
